We can look at what experiences I have that would be useful for your company to hear about and the messages inherent in those.
Having me to speak at an event or meeting you hold can create strong talking points, bring some humour in and bring your teams together. I favour the shorter speaking slot, followed by the facilitation of the audience getting into small groups to discuss the impact of the talk on them and their work. This has the dual effect of developing their understanding of the points raised and deepening relationships further in the organisation.
