Ginny Baillie, Master Certified Coach
I have been involved in the coaching industry for the last ten years coming to it from a stock-broking and property background. I moved from London to the Black Mountains in Wales five years ago and work nationally and internationally in the area of leadership and manager development.
My training and development are on going, kicking off ten years ago with a two-year programme with CoachInc, still the largest coach training organisation in the world. Following that, I was a faculty member with them for five years as well as an accredited Mentor Coach. More recently I have been developing and working with the Arbinger Institute, an international organisation. I'm also a Master Certified Coach with the ICF, currently their highest international accreditation.
